“Yvette was very helpful and patient with our search. She is an asset to this company. Hard to find someone that is so patient with people who are not 100% sure what they want.”
“My daughter recommended your firm to me. She highly recommended your sales folks for their knowledge and patience. As a result i bought a mattress and flexible frame for my wife. No complaints thus. I liked it as well and bought my self one as well...I couldn't get over at what relief I got on my lower back. Your sales folks are knowledgeable and easy to deal with.”
“This review is based on only the service I received buying the mattress. I went in a rush, told them how quickly I needed the mattress. Tim did not waste anytime and found an open bag mattress with adjustable frame right in my budget. I am so pleased with tim.”
“We had a wonderful buying experience with Maylee from the Manchester, CT store. She walked us through every option, took the time to explain every feature, helped us set up the app and we left happy & fully knowledgeable about our new mattress. We walked into the store with the expectation that we were just looking & left with a new King Split Top. We felt absolutely no pressure from her to buy. We've never owned a Sleep Number bed before & very excited to get it delivered. We will definitely be reccomending Maylee & this store to family & friends.”

“I went to the scratch and dent section and it was amazing. Great deals and everyone was so nice. I got a really great couch for only $200! They also have a little area in the main section of the store that has coffee, candy, and a place to sit if you need to wait a bit before loading your furniture into the car. Will definitely be going back!”

“My experience at Mattress Firm in Glastonbury was Wonderful! I went there a few times to ask questions and to try out mattresses. All of the sales/sleep specialists were very knowledgeable and friendly. I talked with Kale, Kevin, and the store manager, Shane. I purchased my mattress today with Shane. I feel that I am getting a great quality mattress at a very good price. I highly recommend this business! (My mattress will be delivered in 2 weeks.)”
