“Last August my husband needed a new suit for a wedding. After a bad experience from Men's Wearhouse we went to Enzo's. He was able to find a suit and have it tailored to him in no time. Bonus: the price was perfect. Fast forward to last week when my little sisters boyfriend needed a suit for prom. I recommended we check out Enzo's first. We were in and out in record time due to their expert knowledge. There was a little mistake with what we thought we bought versus what we brought home. They were more than willing accommodate the mishap just days before prom. The issue was fixed within a matter of seconds. We walked out with another great suit tailored to perfection at another great price. Great variety, they know what they're doing and they're extremely friendly! Highly Recommend!”

“Went in looking for boots to shovel snow in. The selection wasn't what I expected but ended up buying a very comfortable and reasonable pair that not only can I use to shovel snow in but also work around the house or job in. Ahn (not off) and another young man (not sure of his name) helped me while Emily cashed my wife and I out. The experience was great and always is in one of your stores. Thank you boot barn for employing such amazing people. Look for ward to doing business with you again”

All this store would need is some live animal or fish on display, and my day would have felt like a daycation.L.L. Bean is a first-class operation, and although pricey, you get well made high quality merchandise that last. I have a L.L. Bean winter jacket that is now 24 years old and is still as good as when brand new.If getting to the store is not possible, try their website. Another 5 star operation. Their variety, availability, and range of sizes are amazing.As you can tell, I recommend a trip to this store for a great experience.”

“Was looking for a small suitcase and a cocktail dress for an event on the west coast. Saw the suitcase (cute, hard-side carryon with diesel zippers) right as I walked in and found a beautiful dress on a clearance rack, but it was far too long. The employee running the fitting room showed me a way to maintain the silhouette of the dress and shared the name of her tailor. She also assured me I could return it in thirty days as long as I hadn’t had it altered yet. Excellent customer service at this store!”
“Went to get fitted for a suit for my buddy's wedding normally I'm not a fan of getting a suit but the sales rep Kevin did a awesome job helped me the whole time answered my questions and was polite and respectful and knew his stuff I will be getting another one as soon as I can thanks to him”

“Decent clothing for cheap....Not bad when you ain't got a lot of money to Spend.....Shop Smart and get alot for your Dollar.. But the only thing that I noticed that there clothing run smaller then actual size like if you wear 42 waist pants you got to get like 44 or even 46 it's weird but I noticed that and if you wear XL for shirt you got to get XXL or even XXXL but I don't think they have them sizes...I never really checked and besides that it's a good store for Urban Wear.”

“I went to Macy's in Manchester Ct. to pick up a gift and was quite surprised how they have changed departments around. Also, more merchandise available. I was quite happy with that because I was able to pick up a few more gifts!!!”

“Let me start by saying thank you to Richard. After extensive shopping for 2 pairs of Jordans for my 16 year old daughter. I gave up on Massachusetts and went to Buckland Hills mall. First shoe store was Finish Line. Nothing but attitude from their employees. Really glad they didn't have what I needed. Proceeded to go to Foot Locker and Richard with a big smile ask how can I help. The customer service was phenomenal. Selection and availability was amazing. Store was clean and just about perfect. I want to say hands down best shoe buying experience to date. They had exactly what we needed. This man should be at corporate. Hats off to you good sir. My daughter had a million watt smile on the 45 minute ride back to Massachusetts. I will gladly drive 45 to see you again.”

He took the time to help me pick out shirts and ties for several weddings I have coming up, and his eye for color coordination was outstanding. He put together combinations that I never would have thought of on my own, saving me a lot of time and uncertainty.
