“The best storage unit around. Not only are the people that work there super friendly, but they offer free car vacuuming and snacks. On top of that, the units are clean and in good condition with no leaks, a perfect place to store your stuff.
JUST wanted to edit this a bit and was new to reviews when I wrote this. I also wanted to add that there is a lady who works their I forgot her name but I believe she has a child around similar age of my daughter maybe as I mention home schooling my daughter because she was telling me abour the high school. Anyhow, super super nice lady, she should get a raise if she isn't the owner, lol. Also, definitely keep up with your games. I love that I won a pizza gift card for guessing how many jellybeans were in the jar. Mind you, I never win anything, so this was a great and fun experience. If I need a storage unit in the future which I may now that I have a crystal business (can only store so many crystals at my house lol) I will definitely be returning to this storage Unit. I rented a unit here from 2022-2023.”

“Today I visited the Cube Smart on Adams Street in Manchester, CT. The team member on duty, Giovanni, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all available options and the pricing plans. He asked about the amount of property that I intend to store. With that information, he advised me on my best choice to meet my needs. He gave me a tour of the property which is spotless and very well run and organized. I am very favorably impressed by Giovanni's professionalism and the obvious perfect choice of clean, climate controlled storage options for just about any need. “The location and equipment were great! Unfortunately the after hours drop off process online was very inconvenient. The app/website did not have my reservation information I had to call into customer service and sit in the vehicle for almost 30 mins waiting. When I finally thought I was all set, the pictures would not upload. I had to take the pictures over several times before they were accepted. An easy process took almost an hour to complete. This was my only issue. Hopefully this can be resolved so it doesn’t happen to future patrons.”
“Outstanding facility. A sizeable but not a huge deal issue: The exit gate has no number pad or anything else to allow you to...exit, you must drive within inches of the gate in order for it to open. Anyone that is new to this facility won't know about this issue, signs regarding the same would've saved me time.”
