Pam was and has been a great help through it all. She showed me the space, and answered all my questions. The place is clean, storage is clean. So far it has been a great experience.”
“Very easy check in process. I did it all through my phone and didn’t need to speak to anyone. Loading in was also very easy. Did it on a Sunday evening when the office area was closed- they gave me my gate code and unit number via email and had carts available to be able to easily transport and load in my stuff. The hardest part of this whole thing was getting the stuff out of the house!!!”

The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.

“What a great moving company! We had 3 awesome movers the day we moved and they were very careful, hard working, and respectful of our belongings. They were kind and communicated with us the whole time as they moved boxes, furniture etc. The moving price was fair also. I highly recommend them!”
