“Ashley is exceptional. She remembers my name every time I come in she makes me feel like I'm not just a customer. Ashley goes above and beyond and if she is not able to help she doesn't just ignore or not call back she calls and lets me know how sorry she is and that she is here if I do need anything else. I would recommend Ashley and extra space to anyone looking for storage if you want a honest person who keeps things clean.”

“While checking on my storage unit, I had to stop by the office and had the opportunity to meet four gentlemen; Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan. They were apparently conducting training, but what truly stood out to me as a customer was the level of care and professionalism they showed. Unfortunately, not all storage companies operate this way. Some hire employees and rarely provide proper support or oversight at their facilities. I’ve had a very unfortunate experience with neighboring storage companies in the past due to lack of training and support from corporate, which makes this experience even more appreciated. Public Storage continues to stand out when it comes to customer satisfaction. From leadership to associates, the commitment to professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail is evident. Thank you to Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan for making such a positive impression!”

“Storage unit price was very good and customer service was great especially when I called in the morning and the gentleman mentioned that they can take care of my problem once I get to the location and once I arrived after work they help me set up the account on the app extra storage and was very helpful with going over the details of the agreement. I would have wished if I had the 4 and 5 month and beyond set with the original price that was given initially.”

“If you’re looking for a moving company that truly cares about your belongings and makes an incredibly stressful process feel easy, I can’t recommend this team enough. Marcus, Aron, and Douglas packed our home in Maine, loaded everything with incredible care, unloaded it in Connecticut, and placed each item exactly where we wanted it. Throughout the entire experience, they were professional, efficient, and meticulous, but what really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They were personable, communicated well with us every step of the way, and worked together seamlessly. It genuinely felt like they cared about our home and our belongings as if they were their own. Moving is never easy, but this crew made what could have been one of the most overwhelming days feel organized, smooth, and even enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Marcus, Aron, and Douglas to anyone planning a move. Hopefully we won’t be relocating again anytime soon, but if we ever do, I’d request this crew without hesitation. Thank you all for making such a stressful process so much easier!”

“The fine people at the Glastonbury extra space storage saved us when we were selling our home and had to empty it for the closing. As we kept finding more and more stuff, we were able to rent a unit online and get immediate access, then even later that night rent a second unit to take the last items we had to clear out. Without them we could not have closed on time. They are lifesavers and very helpful and pleasant!”

“Colleen is absolutely amazing! We were stressed out and struggling with an overnight stay of our ReloCube at another facility, but the moment I called Colleen, everything changed. She went completely above and beyond to help us out and was incredibly reassuring. She even walked us through the requirements of our renters’ insurance policy for off-premises self-storage to ensure we were covered, making the sign-up process seamless. Access to the facility was pretty straightforward, and the property itself is exceptionally clean and organized. They even left a thoughtful welcome package right inside our unit. If you need storage, go see Colleen, she provides top-tier customer service!”
