“I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The property was clean, secure, and well-maintained. Francisco was absolutely amazing he was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything simple and stress-free. His customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Thank you, Francisco, for providing such outstanding service!”

“Excellent facilities. Clean and safe. I used an inside unit for the climate control feature and would use it again. One suggestion, they need better dollies to help you move in and out.”

“Ashley is exceptional. She remembers my name every time I come in she makes me feel like I'm not just a customer. Ashley goes above and beyond and if she is not able to help she doesn't just ignore or not call back she calls and lets me know how sorry she is and that she is here if I do need anything else. I would recommend Ashley and extra space to anyone looking for storage if you want a honest person who keeps things clean.”

“Storage unit price was very good and customer service was great especially when I called in the morning and the gentleman mentioned that they can take care of my problem once I get to the location and once I arrived after work they help me set up the account on the app extra storage and was very helpful with going over the details of the agreement. I would have wished if I had the 4 and 5 month and beyond set with the original price that was given initially.”

“While checking on my storage unit, I had to stop by the office and had the opportunity to meet four gentlemen; Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan. They were apparently conducting training, but what truly stood out to me as a customer was the level of care and professionalism they showed. Unfortunately, not all storage companies operate this way. Some hire employees and rarely provide proper support or oversight at their facilities. I’ve had a very unfortunate experience with neighboring storage companies in the past due to lack of training and support from corporate, which makes this experience even more appreciated. Public Storage continues to stand out when it comes to customer satisfaction. From leadership to associates, the commitment to professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail is evident. Thank you to Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan for making such a positive impression!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Alyssa at CubeSmart. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make the entire process easy, answered every question with patience, and made me feel like more than just another customer. What really stood out was her dedication. She even ran out to my car to let me know about a change in my account that I had requested. That level of attentiveness and care is rare and truly appreciated. She takes pride in her work, pays attention to the little details, and clearly cares about providing exceptional customer service. CubeSmart is lucky to have someone like her representing the company.”

“Although CubeSmart’s website was down, the communication over the phone was smooth and effective. I had to visit the 166 location to complete my registration, though my actual unit is at another location because I already had my own lock and personal property insurance. The process was very smooth, hassle-free, and the staff made everything easy to complete. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate how efficiently everything was handled despite the website issues.”

“This goes back to 2018, but it depends on what's important to you. Bolton Notch was significantly less $ than others in the area, like WAY less; the owner met me, payment had to be by check (yeah I know) and when another unit I was interested in opened up they were also great, made it happen. Secure, but definitely "no frills." Personally I don't care about an onsite office, what the grounds look like or "free" soda if all that is being paid for with higher rates. Being able to pay online would have been nice, don't know if they upgraded since.”
