“The fine people at the Glastonbury extra space storage saved us when we were selling our home and had to empty it for the closing. As we kept finding more and more stuff, we were able to rent a unit online and get immediate access, then even later that night rent a second unit to take the last items we had to clear out. Without them we could not have closed on time. They are lifesavers and very helpful and pleasant!”

“The best storage unit around. Not only are the people that work there super friendly, but they offer free car vacuuming and snacks. On top of that, the units are clean and in good condition with no leaks, a perfect place to store your stuff.
JUST wanted to edit this a bit and was new to reviews when I wrote this. I also wanted to add that there is a lady who works their I forgot her name but I believe she has a child around similar age of my daughter maybe as I mention home schooling my daughter because she was telling me abour the high school. Anyhow, super super nice lady, she should get a raise if she isn't the owner, lol. Also, definitely keep up with your games. I love that I won a pizza gift card for guessing how many jellybeans were in the jar. Mind you, I never win anything, so this was a great and fun experience. If I need a storage unit in the future which I may now that I have a crystal business (can only store so many crystals at my house lol) I will definitely be returning to this storage Unit. I rented a unit here from 2022-2023.”

“While checking on my storage unit, I had to stop by the office and had the opportunity to meet four gentlemen; Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan. They were apparently conducting training, but what truly stood out to me as a customer was the level of care and professionalism they showed.
Unfortunately, not all storage companies operate this way. Some hire employees and rarely provide proper support or oversight at their facilities. I’ve had a very unfortunate experience with neighboring storage companies in the past due to lack of training and support from corporate, which makes this experience even more appreciated.
Public Storage continues to stand out when it comes to customer satisfaction. From leadership to associates, the commitment to professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail is evident. Thank you to Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan for making such a positive impression!”

“Very easy check in process. I did it all through my phone and didn’t need to speak to anyone. Loading in was also very easy. Did it on a Sunday evening when the office area was closed- they gave me my gate code and unit number via email and had carts available to be able to easily transport and load in my stuff. The hardest part of this whole thing was getting the stuff out of the house!!!”
