“This Mobil is definitely on the expensive side. It is clean and the facilities are seemingly in good condition. The receipt usually prints out just fine. Also, the windshield washer bucket usually has clean fluid in it, which is nice. There is a small convenience store here. I can't really comment on the inside the store or the staff, as I pay at the pump when I go here.”

“I'd say, "Ol' Reliable." When I planned my trip to Connecticut, I assumed I could depend on Lyft. How wrong I was!!! Luckily I found out about Yellow Cab Co and was impressed by how immediately/unconditionally they were reached by phone! They operate 24/7. Their version of "ASAP pickup" usually denotes 30 minutes - WAY better than Lyft/Uber which just straight up has no rides. The prices were great, in my experience! I paid exactly what I would have paid with a Lyft, if not a little less. They dropped me off in Essex one day, and later got me to the train station early. The taxi consistently arrived a few minutes before scheduled. I recommend to schedule your ride in advance; when I didn't call ahead on a Friday night, I wasn't able to get a ride from them. (I ended up getting a ride from some kind strangers I met - Connecticut is awesome, LOL!) The taxi itself is emblazoned with their logo, as well as a hint of eau-de-cigarette, but nothing unpleasant. There was a nice safety divider which still made our voices audible. I was able to charge my phone in the car. When I asked my driver to slide his mask up a tad, and he happily did so and did the same during my second trip. And I was happy to support a local business!”

I have stopped here for gas several times while seeing my foot doctor in Bloomfield and the staff once engaged is amazingly friendly, polite and I enjoy my time visiting the store and getting gas and necessary staples for the day. He always has a smile and wishes me a good day each time I see him. This is a safe area and the store is always clean and fully stocked. Getting gas between 6pm to 7pm can be challenging because many Amazon trucks tend to gather here to fill up their gas tanks. I enjoy visiting this business and have always been serviced with a smile.”

“Regular stop for me usually about 7 times a week . I stop for coffee and occasionally a breakfast sandwich . Great coffee with about 5 types to choose from . Normally I get the Columbia blend which is fantastic . Breakfast sandwiches are freshly cooked and plenty to choose from . Lots of cold items also available. There are 2 local Cumberland Farms stores and they have great help . Very friendly and effecicient. Coffee with tax is $ 1.81 for any size . Donuts , pastries and sandwiches are all priced very good with many weekly specials. Cumberland also offers gas at their locations.”

“There's gas, coffee, snacks, lotto tix, cigarettes. Cool. And there's often a smug cashier. Never a greeting or thanks, just some dude acting edgy while working the cash register in Weatogue, Connecticut, where I guess one can develop an edge. I mean, sure, the mini-golf courses and Volvo dealership really paint a picture of a hard town. Today was the first time I dealt w/ a cashier who was confused by cash tho. He's touching the money all flabbergasted, "wut'd ya just make these! they're fresh! har har har". I'm sure he was doing the best with the skills he's got, but those machines that say ATM, yeah, they're kinda common. People withdraw cash from them. That cash often comes out crisp or "fresh". I'm bored at my barber's, waiting for a cut. So, take 4 stars, who cares.”
