Every time we visit this Apple Store, we feel we're getting accurate answers to our questions, something way beyond the regular sales pitch. Today's visit was no exception, and Brandon had all of our (probably dumb) questions answered in a very kind and clear manner. Definitely our shop to stop whenever we need an Apple product.

Preorder Item: iPhone 17 Pro Max
I am writing to express significant disappointment regarding my recent in-store experience at the Greenwich Avenue Apple Store.
My visit was to collect a preorder for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Upon arrival, I encountered a pervasive lack of customer service. I approached multiple staff members seeking assistance with my preorder collection and related questions; however, no one offered clarification or support. The overall demeanor of the staff was dismissive, giving the impression that they were inconvenienced by customer inquiries.
Furthermore, I attempted to inquire about the pricing of Apple Watch models. Despite repeated attempts to engage staff on this topic, I received no response or assistance.
The negative atmosphere was exacerbated by observed staff behavior. Several employees were noted to be conversing amongst themselves and not attending to customer needs, which directly contributed to the feeling of being ignored.
Having visited numerous Apple Stores globally, this interaction stands out as the single worst customer service experience I have encountered within the Apple brand. Due to this profoundly unhelpful visit, I ultimately had to take my business to Best Buy to fulfill my needs.
I trust this feedback will be addressed to ensure future customers do not face this level of negligence and indifference.

Seems to be very disorganized here. Close to ten minutes to have my online purchase brought out. Under two minutes is the aim. And, unlike other Apple Stores, they don’t let you do a trade-in in the store if you tied it to your online purchase. Other stores will happily apply the trade-in to the purchase and use the “add new payment” option, which just requires managerial approval on device, but “store policy” here says no can do.

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at the Apple Store on Greenwich Avenue. I came in to trade my phone for a new 17 Pro Max, and the person helping me completely ruined my day. Without warning, he started erasing my phone — before I had the chance to transfer my eSIM or make sure everything was properly moved over.
Because of this careless mistake, I lost access to my phone number, can’t get into any of my apps or emails, and every verification code I need is now trapped on a number I can’t use. My entire digital life is frozen.
To make matters worse, the customer service was dismissive. The manager told me they’d “take my feedback into consideration” but admitted there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. That’s it. No solution, no accountability.
Instead of leaving with a new phone, I left locked out of everything, stressed, and furious. Thanks for nothing, Apple Greenwich Avenue.

Outstanding Sales Advisors and a Review of a new product:
You already have an opinion on most Apple Products and there are more expert opinions than mine.
However, this review is about a sales person names James. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went into the Greenwich Ave store. I had selected them before he became available. Nevertheless, he asked a few key questions and improved the attributes of my phone, watch, accessories etc.that I originally selected.
Then I said I’d like to get a preview Apple Vision Pro. I knew nothing about it. I was edgy the whole time I was with James as my second wife, the love of my life, had just left me and with her departure I will no longer be able to see her precious 2 year old granddaughter. James never blinked an eye at my snarky sarcastic comments and was always professional and kind.
James was demonstrating the Apple Vision Pro product and I began to cry realizing I would never be able to share this beautiful technology with my now departed wife and her granddaughter. The shear beauty of the pictures and videos were astounding. I virtually could have taken my wife and her granddaughter any where in the world. I needed to walk out of the store for 10 minutes to gather myself. James was waiting for me when I came back. I purchased the product and went to the National Parks that night. I had a few moments of peace.
