“Didn't feel very welcomed as I thought it would be when ive observed from the outside. Finally went in one day and there was books in every nook and cranny. Would've loved to hear the story of the place but was brushed off..”
“Unfortunately, the Barnes & Noble at Stamford Mall is scheduled to close this summer. As of February 1, the Mall location is a B & N clearance store. Never fear, the B & N on High Ridge Road has / is going to serve in its place.”
“Besides them opening on Sunday at 11 everything else is awesome about this place. Seriously though, the weekend is when most people can make it. Why not open at 10 at least?”
“Great medium sized bookshop with a pretty large children’s section, great card selection, nice gifty items and of course adult books as well. Friendly staff. Love a good independent bookshop!”

“Excellent selection and helpful staff, here. The space is a bit cramped and wasn't very easy to navigate especially on a sunny Sunday agternoon. There were tons of customers in and out.”
“Nice little bookstore, not an enormous selection, but they have a lot of current books, and some best sellers, and you can always ask them to get the book you're looking for. I usually find at least one book I'm interested in. Good children's section in the back as well, with cushions for the little ones to sit at and read. The people working there are always very friendly and helpful.”
“Such an adorable spot right by DeCicco’s. So unique and creative, with vibrant wallpaper, kids and tweens and adult books, and even ukulele’s to buy and an outdoor porch to sit and read.
5 stars!!!”
“I needed birthday gifts for two young girls and had no idea of what to get for them. I found the Toy Box online and drove up this morning. The woman in the store (sorry, but I never got your name) was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to get gifts for both and I feel confident that the girls will enjoy them. This will now be my go-to store whenever I need to purchase toys.”
“Their kids' books like Brainiacs' Gross-Outs and Secret Agents are so funny and cleverly educational! Thank you, Ruth Cullen! PS Thanks for the little black books, Ruth Cullen!”

“Wonderful bookstore with a great selection. I found the selection of children's books particularly strong. The owner was very professional and friendly -- the kids even got a lollipop! Thanks for the wonderful service.”
“Bedside Reading is a wonderful company that truly helps authors put their best foot forward and market their books properly and effectively. Jane Ubell-Meyer is a bundle of enthusiasm, ingenuity, and encouragement all wrapped up in a big heart. Her care of her clients, attention to detail, and creativity with marketing campaigns is second to none. I couldn't recommend Jane more!”
“We have used Main Street books at our school for 6 years. They are amazing! The book selection is far superior to any of the national book fair companies. The customer service is outstanding! I love that I got to know them - Cindy is fantastic!!! The commission paid to our school is also higher than the usual company you see at the schools, but it's not about the funds - it's about introducing kids to great books and no one does it better!”
“Great local toy store , big selection and nice staff . Nice that places like this still exist in the Amazon age . My twins had a great time at the Sunday Pokemon tournament.”

“I love this store! Awesome selection of books of all genres and such cute collection of gift ideas! Especially love grabbing a coffee and sitting upstairs in the sun reading my book! They have lots of events too. Managers are so accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend!”
