Worst pharmacy. There is always a line and a long wait. Finch Pharmacy in Glenville is awesome. There is rarely a line and can fill scripts almost immediately.

Worst pharmacy in Fairfield county if not the whole country. Definitely not Greenwich standard of service. Rude staff and extremely slow and poor customer service.

Poor service,Unbelievable, horrible experience, the staff was very rude, the service in this shop is truly horrific. I will not go back to shopping.

Somehow I lost one of my prescriptions; I called CVS at West Putnam Ave in Greenwich, CT to see what I could do. Spoke with Michele in the Pharmacy. She took the time to see if my insurance would cover a new refill (they wouldn't, surprise!). The cost would've been around $175.00. I said I couldn't afford that and Michele then said she'd see if she could apply a coupon. After being able to apply the coupon, she brought it down to $17.00! That I can afford! You know, it was just a few months ago that this CVS Pharmacy location was horrendous: prescriptions taking forever to fill, lack of customer service, drive through being closed, impossible to speak with a live person (ok, that one is still a problem, but getting better!), long unmoving lines (still long lines on occasion, but moving a lot faster).
I'm happy to say it's almost a pleasure doing my Pharmacy interactions here once again!
I gave 5 stars. There's always room for improvement, but today and my last few interactions were 4 or 5 stars!

Lorelei at CVS at this location was amazing today help me out. She was resourceful. She went above the call of duty at this location and I just want to tell you this young lady really helped me out and if you ever have a problem at this location go see Lorei she went above customer service she’s in she’s in the pharmacy.

Absolutely awful service. Manager should not be managing a hot dog stand. The pharmacy is like watching the Marx brothers play hot potato. If you call there you will be on hold forever.

It is too bad you can't post negative numbers. This has got to be the worst CVS in CT. No staff, they never answer the phone, script's are canceled or never ordered. Staff is overworked and rude. The CEO should be fired.

Terrible service, long lines and staff that are clearly tired of being the focus of customer frustrations. Management seems to care less. Just an awful experience.

Will let the phone ring all day without picking it up. Seriously I am a physician, they wont even pick up the physician line.
