“I have been a customer of Charles Schwab forever (well, at least since 1987). As the nearest location to our new home in Westport when we moved from Manhattan in 2009, I selected the Fairfield CT location as my servicing office. I was never satisfied with their quality of service. Therefore, when I had a relatively complicated issue to resolve in April 2023, I decided to try the Greenwich office for a change.
