“For the second time, we enjoyed a community event at Greenwich Bank & Trust. This time it was a book signing featuring Sandi Klein, author of Realtor Rescue. Val's Putnam Wine & Liquors once again supplied fine wines. Our prior experience here was during Arts on the Avenue when the food goodies were over the top.”
“Omg, I referred my husband to Members to refinance his car. That’s when we met Angelica Porras, who is truly THE BEST. He got a wayyy better rate at Members, saving us $200 per month and a couple thousand in interest. A few months later, I decided to contact her for myself. At first, I was skeptical because my dream car is a Mercedes, and from a previous experience the interest rate was way too high. But Angelica made it happen again — I got my dream car with a low interest rate, saving a lot once more. I also have to give a special shout-out to Lissette, who helped me on Saturday with signing the papers, explaining how GAP coverage works (yes, they offer GAP too, and it’s cheaper than the dealer), and giving me tips on how to improve my credit. Again, I love Members, and I really hope they continue providing such great customer service.”

“I'll note I've had some problems with Citizens Bank in the past, once they cashed a fraudulent check in the amount of $3000 and wouldn't take responsibility for it. However, I've recently moved to the area and Caesar was exceptional- helping me form a new account when other banks required utility bills, a lease in order to prove residency. I currently don't have a formal lease, and utilities are included in rent, so needless to say that was problematic. Personally speaking, I'd rather not continue my relationship with Citizens, but given the circumstance it looks like I will have to now. Thank you Caesar for making my experience somewhat palatable.”

“I have been a customer of Charles Schwab forever (well, at least since 1987). As the nearest location to our new home in Westport when we moved from Manhattan in 2009, I selected the Fairfield CT location as my servicing office. I was never satisfied with their quality of service. Therefore, when I had a relatively complicated issue to resolve in April 2023, I decided to try the Greenwich office for a change. I was not disappointed.I was met in the lobby by Lecia Lupoli, Client Service Specialist. I explained what assistance I needed, which was to reverse a 2022 Roth IRA contribution, open a Traditional IRA, and transfer the 2022 contribution from the Roth to the Traditional IRA. All to be completed before the tax filing deadline of 04/18 (I visited Schwab on 04/07).Lecia spent the next hour working only with me to complete each of the several steps necessary to resolve the situation, until all of the necessary steps were completed. I was given a hard copy of the paperwork, and received a text confirming that Schwab was actively working to make sure the transaction was completed and settled in a timely manner.Lecia went above and beyond my expectations. Consequently, I have requested that the Schwab office in Greenwich be coded as my new "home" office location.Thank you.TWJ (Westport, CT)”
