After spending hours deliberating over various window treatment options and suppliers, we went with The Shade Store and are really glad we did. Yes, they were somewhat more expensive than other options, but we feel it was worth it for the great advice and service we received from Amy Hurley and, then, the installers. Amy made excellent aesthetic and cost-saving suggestions and we love our shaded and drapes!

Shade Store and particularly, Amy Hurley in Greenwich, Ct were terrific to work with. She was in contact every step of the project and was a pleasure to work with. Could not have been more helpful. I do think the product is expensive and likely overpriced but for an impt room like a primary bedroom, it was worth the extra $$$.

We are very grateful for all the services provided by THE SHADE STORE.We needed window treatments for 7 windows and big French door. The Greenwich CT and New York teams were helping us to go through the design stage and create product which we are very much satisfied with. Their patience and professional expertise are greatly appreciated. The installation of the 1st part of the project (5 windows) was already completed and went just perfect. We like the final product appearance very much.Reyngolds.

Our design and sales consultant, Amory, guided us through their product catalog and helped us select wonderful products for our dining and living room areas. The measuring and installation process was efficient and effective — the team did a fantastic job and we are so happy with the end result!

I worked with Amy to buy shades for my entire home. The process was long as I have several windows, but Amy was there to help with the entire process with design ideas and making the right choice.
