“We were traveling from DC to MA to visit family and stopped for lunch in Mamaroneck. Much to our surprise, when we tried to get back into our car it was totally dead. Luckily, we were a short walk away from Mavis. Merrick helped us on this day, he went above and beyond, he could not have been more helpful and kind. He walked with us down the street to where our car had died. He diagnosed the issue, a dead battery, then went back to the shop to gather all needed tools and a new battery. He was able to expeditiously swap out the battery and get us up and running again on our trip.
Big thanks to Merrick and the team at the Mamaroneck Mavis for helping us out of jam. Service was top notch and turned what could have been a bad situation into only a minor interruption of our trip.

“New Tires Installed Same Day
Needed two new rear tires so brought my car in close to noon, figuring get the order in and get the tires installed the next day. But the last time they replaced a tire for me, they got it same day so I asked, figured I give it a shot. Sure enough, they called around 4, saying the tires came in and if I brought the car back, they could install them. Good stuff all around plus a good talk with the owner Jim while the tires were getting installed.”

2 tires down because of hitting an object on the road. Used my spare and they patched up the remaining tire in record time. Was on my way in 15 minutes. Awesome service. That's why I always buy tires from Mavis. A+”

After experiencing an issue with poorly aligned tires at another Mavis location, Jake and Glory were incredibly attentive and professional. They took the time to understand the situation, addressed the problem, and made sure the wheels were properly aligned and everything was resolved.
I appreciated how seriously they took the issue and how helpful they were throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment to making things right made a real difference.

They attended to me right away upon arrival, took the wheels off, patched up the affected areas and I was on my way in less than 15min.

“These guys were done with 4 tire replacements in 30 minutes (usually it's 2+ hours at the national shops). Very fairly priced (half the cost of town fair for installation) and it doesnt hurt that they were actually pleasant, which is not the norm at any tire shop. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Went to Empire Mazda again for another lease because my lease was ending. I wanted to upgrade and get something newer with more features. I knew I would pay more but i just wanted a fair price. Eric the Sales Manager greeted me at the front desk. He asked me all the questions about what my needs and wants and directed me to the car that best fit what I wanted. He then selected his Salesperson Mike Smith to help me. He brought about a a New CX-50 and went over everything from front to back. We ended up working out a great deal. Jay in Finance was quick and smooth with going overall my options and made me feel very un pressured. At the end Eric came back to make sure I was happy and thanked me. “Bill's got called by Stamford Police to come tow my truck after I got run off the road.The tow truck driver ( Bob? Not sure, can't recall at the moment) was super nice and we had a funny interaction about my Durango which has a Hemi engine.I had to go to the shop later to retrieve paperwork from my truck where I met Bill and he was just as nice as the driver.Shown nothing but kindness and professionalism by this company.I would highly recommend them when in need of a tow.”
“Drove down to White Plains, from Upstate NY - 4 hours and discovered the front end of my car was very low. Family member's neighbor suggested I have No. Broadway Auto look at my car. Called & Chris said to bring it right down. Based on mu Audi 2014 A6 TDI was outside their scope, they suggested I locate an Audi dealership. Not only that they helped me locate the closet one to bring my car. My major issues was springs front end from POT HOLES on the way down. I would highly recommend this location for any service issue. “Called them to change the tire onsite in Yonkers, NY, they arrived so fast and replaced the Steer tire on my semi for $700, I don't think I have ever paid anything this cheap for this quality.
