“I am retired Navy and was visiting my family who live nearby and used the gym all week while I was there. Yes, the building AC and the sauna in the men's locker room were down, but I didn't come for the sauna and the temperature at 5:30-7:00 AM was very agreeable for this time of year. They have a great NOFFS (Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System) circuit, which has a really good training program. Very nice. The indoor track was great and they offer a huge array of Life Fitness equipment inside. The free weights were very nice. I mainly used the NOFFS side and the dumbbells. I really enjoyed this facility and will visit again as soon as I return to the area. It was never very crowded at my early hours and I never had to wait for any weights or equipment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“Gym is super clean and there's a good amount of equipment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Locker rooms are clean showers are too, shower heads aren't my favorite but that's a first world problem. Great location with plenty of parking.”
