“I had an absolutely amazing experience at the COACH store at Mohegan Sun, all thanks to Angelica.
A few days before visiting the store, I called to ask about a specific bag because I wanted to make sure it was available. Angelica answered the phone, and from the very beginning she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She put me on hold to check the inventory and came back with such a warm and polite attitude. I have honestly never had such a great customer service experience over a phone call before — it was impressive. The way she handled everything made me want to go to that location specifically to purchase my bag.
When I went to the store a couple of days later, Angelica was there. I told her I was the person who had called about the bag, and she immediately remembered it. That attention to detail truly stood out to me. Before finalizing the purchase, she offered me water and took the time to show me the new arrivals as well. I was so impressed by the level of service.
My experience with Angelica was absolutely professional, welcoming, and memorable. She represents the brand beautifully. I will definitely be coming back 100%.

“Outlet store clothing has been lacking for a while now (going on years truthfully). But interestingly, the boutique store clothing is top notch and very nice. The key is to go to a boutique and try get sale items there.”
“This store is located in the Olde Mistick Village plaza. It's an ocean themed gift shop that also serves food. They offer funnel cakes, popcorn, corn dogs, and more. It's a decent spot to buy souvenirs. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There's all kinds of apparel, home decor, candy, toys, just to name a few. We stopped in because we needed milk and they had small bottles of it. The place smelled good, we didn't get a snack since we just ate. Overall, a cool spot to shop at.”

“This was a pretty cool store to run into when we were walking around downtown mystic last weekend. They have some cool unique items geared towards the gents. Definitely not the typical stuff you would see anywhere else. Ended up walking out with a t-shirt. If you like the “out of the ordinary”shopping experiences, this may be the spot to pick up that gift for your dad, brother, or whoever. Whatever your taste, this for sure is worth a peek if you’re in Mystic.”

“I had ordered some ladies underwear online and it was shipped to Groton,where I found in the corner was an Amazon pickup location which the fellow working there was helpful ,I picked up my item with no issue, and I realized it wasn't exactly what I wanted,so I asked up at customer service ,if I could exchange it ,the lady said yes,and I went to look at the department, and a girl who was working there said she was new,but she'd try to help as best as she could and spent a considerable amount of time searching through items to find my exact size and style ,and literally went through hundreds of items, and I was very pleased she understood what I was looking for( I'm very particular, about the color ,style ,waistband, ect. So there was a lot of details to remember, but she showed great patience, and I really appreciate, it shows great customer service!).And the checkout went the extra mile also ,I had a coupon ,so after doing the return she gave me the coupon off the new ones I chose,then said if I signed up for a Kohls card I'd get another discount which I did,she made the process easy! I have rarely shopped at Kohls but I'm making it my new favorite store!”
