“The young lady with glasses I believe she’s the store manager, was super helpful. She helped me pick out some running shoes to help with my arch support. As well as the man who was working as well. Both were super helpful & very nice. Great customer service. I’ll be shopping there again.”

“We recently shopped at Foxwoods Famous Footwear. We weren't sure about sizes or styles and needed a lot of assistance. To our delight the manager, April Procaccini, was kind enough to assist us. April went above and beyond to help us. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and polite, qualities you don't often find in today's shopping experience. Without hesitation, I would recommend Foxwoods Famous Footwear and its staff. April, its manager, is a credit to the company and a wonderful example of what customer service can be, at its best.”

“Sales lady Kerry was very professional, helpful, and friendly. That is in addition to that Merrell hiking / walking shoes are the best by default. We've got two pairs for my wife. Side note, easiest way to get to Merrell store park in Foxtower Parking garage.”

“Killer deals, mediocre service, if you like the stuff come here. If you need routine basic tackle tic apparel, some of these deals will beat kohl's or Marshall's. I got BOGO slides for $25 - dirt cheap.”

“Clean, organized store, friendly people. As I walked in, I was asked if I needed any help (in NY, you can't find people when you need help). While I was browsing, saw an employee cleaning the mirrors on the benches. (never in NY) The bathroom was clean, with a framed note that in case it's not, let them know and they'll clean it. Also had flowers in it. Nice touch ( once again, nothing like New York)”

“I've been here multiple times and forgot to post a review. I love Clarks Boots!! They always have a good deal clearance boots as low as 59.99 and these are quality shoes not cheaply made. Very comfortable for all occasions. Personally I wear ankle boots of various styles majority of the year. Today when i visited there was an employee that was so helpful and helped me find the perfect boots I went in for one pair and walked out with four because she was so helpful in finding what I was looking for. Emma thank you for your help friendliness knowledge and understanding of the boots obsession ? She helped me find boots to keep my feet warm but stylish for any outfit. The other store clerks are super helpful and friendly. Welcoming as people come in and always kind when asked questions. One of my favorite stores in the outlet!”
