“I was unlucky to have an abrupt flat tire, but incredibly fortunate to have stopped at Lela and Matt's. I had an emergency flat tire, and L&M responded immediately and they had me back on the road in no time, about as quick as filling up a tank of gas! Their customer service is top-notch, and their team of mechanics, especially Shelby, kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend for their efficiency and excellent care!"”
“Honestly one of the best experiences iv ever had dealing with a repair shop , especially when it comes to owning a rover ! My engine light has been on for months after a $4000 failed attempt at previous shop ! Holland had my car less then 48 hours had all issues fixed an went above an beyond in the process !!!! If I could give home 10 star I would.The first time iv ever delt with a mechanic and didn’t feel like they where trying to get over or rip me off !!!! “A few weeks ago I was involved in a minor accident that resulted in damage to my rear bumper.The owner of a local gas station suggested I bring my car to Heritage in Guilford. I contacted Cheryl at Heritage and I am so happy that I did.Cheryl took time and informed me of 2 important issues. (1) You can insist the adjuster comes to visit you at your home to evaluate the damage. (2) If you don’t rent a car during the duration of your repairs you are entitled to some amount of money per day to reimburse you for the loss of the use of your vehicle.Needless to say – when I called the insurance company they seemed to forget to mention these 2 important items to me.My strongest suggestion is if you are in an accident and need body work on your car – call Heritage FIRST – and speak with Cheryl. You can call the insurance company later.She will coordinate everything for you – and keep you on track.If I could give Heritage 6 stars I would. They are truly a honest, professional company. We are lucky to have them in Guilford!!”
