“My wife's tire was slowly losing air, so I looked and there was a screw in it. Dealer said they'd have to replace the whole tire (tire only had 5k miles on it), so we brought it in to Palumbo's to see what they could do. Turns out, the screw was short and wasn't penetrating the tire rubber, so it wasn't even the cause of the leake. The mechanics found the real source was in the valve stem, so they replaced that.
So glad I spent $100 here to actually get the problem fixed instead of spending $250 at the dealer to replace a tire that would not have even resolved the problem. I know where my first stop will be next time I need work done on my or my wife's car!”

“These guys are great - no B.S., they only did the repairs that needed to be done, and their prices are reasonable. I went here when another repair shop quoted me a really big price for brakes and rotors. The guys at A-1 basically talked me out of repairs that I thought were needed but really weren't.
They're busy so schedule an appointment ahead of time. This is not the kind of place that puts paper mats down in your foot well or puts your driver's seat back to its original settings - they fix cars and keep it simple. I respect that. They've even got a small playroom for kids if you're waiting for your car to get fixed.”
