“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. This store is likely a "5" if you were to go in start with them. Thanks Dariel for taking the time.”
“I went into Hamden looking for help with my email and a new screen protector. The gentleman in there was very dismissive and didn't even attempt to help me. The next day I went into the Branford store and was lucky that Alex was working. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient while trying to work through my email problem and managed to get it resolved. He even found me a screen protector for an older model phone. Verizon should be proud of employees like him. Thank you Alex!”

When we walked in, we were greeted by smile and the representatives name was Luis. He sat with us for over an hour to troubleshoot and fix the phone and also to find us the best phone for our financial needs. “Look, I hate going to the phone store. Not as much as the DMV or the dentist, but it's rough. I'm always prepared for a clerk to try and upsell me or send me to the website, and I assume it'll take more than an hour.
This location is, in my experience, a huge exception to the rule. Both times I've gone in the past 18 months, I've had somebody knowledgeable who understood what I was looking for and was able to help. In the most recent example, the guy helping me (I think his name was Frank?) took care of something like 4 account changes at once, and it took maybe 15 minutes.
I'm not gonna say I enjoy going here more than, like, a restaurant. But grading on the mobile store curve, I'm really glad this is the local T-Mobile.”
