I've been here quite a few times. Granted it's only been with Amazon returns, boxed & unboxed. This location has always been quick & painless. They scan & hand me a receipt. Easy in & out. Amazon gets my returns in a timely fashion. I get my refund. The short young man behind the counter is always friendly.
