“The owner and person that fixed my phone on Tuesday was a tremendous help, I had been to 6 Boost Mobile locations. The final one saved me, it was a pop-up that none of the other boost stores helped me with.
But, the 6th store on Franklin Ave. The ower was exceptionally helpful.

“This is one of the best locations they have. I went in today to pay my bill and they actually helped me save some money on it and told me about a great deal that I wanted to get added to my lines. I've had metro for almost a decade. The ladies who worked there both greeted me as soon as I walked in, they were very friendly, we ended up having a great conversation while they were helping me.”

“The manager, Wilson, is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was such an easy process to move my line from a family member's plan to my own and upgrade my phone. He answered all my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything I wasn't interested in. In some of my past experiences at other AT&T stores, the employee upgrading you often just wants to pitch things to you that will just increase their commission, Wilson actually cared about prioritizing my budget and overall experience with starting my own phone plan. Also, shoutout Jose who is super nice and was also a huge help! When the data was transferring over from my old phone to the new, it took a decent amount of time but I really enjoyed making conversation with them and the atmosphere was very friendly. Overall, the employees of this store are very attentive and caring and I felt comfortable.”
