“I needed to have a form notarized…The UPS store was really making me frustrated as their notary was never in when it was convenient for me to get there due to my crazy work schedule. I called The Mail Room just by chance and they told me to come down. Natasha took care of the situation and even helped me mail it out certified within minutes. She took a big weight off of my shoulder. I have lived by The Mail Room for close to 40 years and never stepped foot in there. Wow, I was missing out. Better late than never! I will be back in the future whenever the need arises. Thank you Natasha!”

“I got to say usually I dread going to the post office as much as I used to dread going to DMV DMV's new protocols make things a lot better all around as I've said before so I bet around 60 something years and I had experience at a post office in Farmington Connecticut that I had to share it was the one in the plaza with Ollie's Pizza I'm not sure what it's called it was the best experience of my life with the post office hands down and it was just a transaction but the person was pleasant polite and made things very easy people laughed at me when I had to yell out loud that it was the best experience I've ever had in the post office well just letting you know they should tape this post office and pass it around manners and politeness go a long way and they cost nothing and the difference is immense.”
“Love that these wonderful people are my post office. Very kind and super fast service. Even during the holiday season with delivery hiccups they're on it and keep you updated every step of the way til it gets to you. If these guys are your local USPS office you're in good hands. No USPS horror stories with this location”
“We are from Indiana and our son goes to UConn. We have used this UPS location for shipping and storage. They supply and pick up boxes from your location and then store them over summer break. Tricia has been FANTASTIC to work with. It is very convenient and reliable.”

“Excellent experience as an eBay seller I appreciate the swift handling of my packages here very much. I am getting wonderful feedback from my buyers. Small post office with great people working here and big service.”
“I think these boxes deserve a metal! They take so much abuse between the hours of 6pm to 4pm the next day. Be sure to get there early because packages line up out the door to get a place in the bins. Standing room only on most days. They see more action than a President Biden rally. Give them a hug when you drop off your packages, but be sure you mask up....they do look a bit frumpy.Click the thumbs up icon up below if you like my review. “The people are very nice, friendly, and helpful. As long as you're not stupid enough to send a package with your birth certificate and Social Security card, they're going to work with you.”

“I have a mailbox but they leave packages on the side of the building where ive had more than a couple things stolen. I used to get tickets to go pick them up at the post office but now the just leave them on the sidewalk”
“Kind of small for a post office but I have seen smaller but does it really matter how big the size of the building is they get the job done and that's what matters plus they have Po boxes available for people if they need them and what ever else u may need to send stuff.”
“I don’t ever need to go to the post office, honestly my wife usually does when needed. However, needing to go today, the clerk here was fantastic, very personable and efficient, I believe his name was Karl. Thanks!”
