“I just wanted to say Thank You for your prompt and professional service of my GMC Terrain & HD2500 pickup truck.My first experience with Superior Auto was when my Terrain needed tires. When I arrived I was expecting to have to make an appointment to get the tires but instead they did them right then and there saving me another trip from Mystic to Norwich. It was basically the same thing when my truck needed an Oil Change. No appointment was necessary and I was in and out within 30 minutes.In both cases the bill(s) were fair and reasonable and they now have made me a regular customer. Since I have a car that doesn't come with a spare, getting the leak fixed was taking up a lot of brain space. I showed up at Broadway first thing in the morning and within an hour,and in 15 minutes, was on my way with peace of mind with a fix in place, at a very fair price. “These guys are great the owner is super accommodating. I've gotten a full set of tires on my car in the past and so has my husband. Early this week I got a flat and called him to see if he could replace it. He ordered the tire got it that day and everything went smoothly. I won't go anywhere else for tires. I had gone to other places before for estimates and they wanted an arm an a leg for tires. So when I went here the tires were extremely reasonable! I highly recommend.”
