“There was a Sim card issue. Employee Marquel did an excellent job and while being the only one working in the store with 4 people waiting. Marquel remained calm and professional and insured all the customers waiting he would be with them soon. Best experience I have had at AT&T.”

“Brought my daughter’s iPhone 12 to be repaired because it was stuck in a 4013 “boot loop” and of course none of her data was backed up. I explained what was going on and that the Face ID hadn’t worked for awhile. We needed the phone out of the loop and back to functioning so all the data could be retrieved. They were able to find that moisture had gotten inside and caused the damage to the proximity sensor, disconnected it and the phone is back up and running! And they even installed a new screen protector. Saved the day!”
