“The woman who was helping me with my alteration was super friendly and knew what she was doing. I was a little frustrated with the wait time. My apt was scheduled for 10 and I didnt get taken in until 10:40. But the apt went fast. Which was great.”

The selection wasn't what I expected but ended up buying a very comfortable and reasonable pair that not only can I use to shovel snow in but also work around the house or job in. We find what we are looking for and thanks to the coupons you send me I can save some money. My boys are in the tall and plus sizes and we go to the Manchester store to buy all their clothes. Jackie the saleswoman was great helping me with Everything we was looking for . Both of my kids autism so she was very understanding. She great plus to the store. Thanks Jackie for all the help. “Dr. McIntosh was wonderful. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. But I have had root canals in the past and this one was the best. I did not have nor have I had any pain or discomfort.I am grateful to his office for fitting me in so quickly as I have a hip replacement in 3 weeks. “Let me start by saying thank you to Richard. After extensive shopping for 2 pairs of Jordans for my 16 year old daughter. I gave up on Massachusetts and went to Buckland Hills mall. First shoe store was Finish Line. Nothing but attitude from their employees. Really glad they didn't have what I needed. Proceeded to go to Foot Locker and Richard with a big smile ask how can I help. The customer service was phenomenal. Selection and availability was amazing. Store was clean and just about perfect. I want to say hands down best shoe buying experience to date. They had exactly what we needed. This man should be at corporate. Hats off to you good sir. He shortened my backpack straps and you can’t tell anyone altered it. I ended up here after the suggestion of a tailor (tailors don’t use the thick needles needed to sew through thick straps and/or leather) I would absolutely bring any purse or shoes etc here in the future.”
