“I’ve been bringing my cars here for years for emissions. Staff is always very friendly and there’s a comfortable waiting area with a water cooler. The icing on the cake was a couple days ago when an employee installed windshield wipers I purchased elsewhere for free and refused to take any money. Just pass it on he said.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Barrett Family Oil and Bruce's exceptional service! I called today because my furnace was very low on oil and had stopped working due to the cold. Not only did Bruce offer the best price, but he also made my situation a top priority. He arrived within an hour of our phone conversation, which was a lifesaver in this freezing weather.
Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable and tried repriming my furnace, but when that didn’t work, he offered valuable advice on how to resolve the issue by heating the frozen pipe. After following his guidance, the furnace started right up!

“Typical Costco Gas Station. Easy in and out. This location would be fairly easy to navigate with a large vehicle or trailer. It is a little tight to exit, but not too bad, especially if you turn the opposite direction from the pump.”

“1st time buying gas 2 gallons for our car do to issues with our front brakes were kinda close by the gas station and needed to get some for charging our phones and jump start my daughter starts work soon at Amazon had to temp transfer over from another until we can fix our car its not safe for us to drive back to her permanent work place. So until I get my pay can I get it fixed. The gas prices are just right and with our ss card it helps to get gas too. The pumps are close to the attendant so if your using a gas can you don't have to go far from the pumps when preparing for the gas. When I am able to I will be filling my cars tank with gas full really soon. Get your gas at this gas station if you have a stop n shop card they are friendly and nice attendants working too. Though the gas station is not quite as big as others this one is just right for others who can get gas from them.”
“Great experience! My car broke down and I had it towed here as it was the closest shop. I really lucked out because wow what a great place! I got my car back way sooner than I expected. He knew exactly what the problem was, communicated effectively, and worked quickly. Very honest guy too and didn’t try to push me into doing anything which was very much appreciated. “Great prices for members only. Because of the low price, they are usually crowded. It is common not to get a receipt when you request one at the pump. Some of the buttons at the pump are worn-out, so if you don't have them memorized, you can't answer the 'yes' or 'no' questions.”

“If you have a BJ's membership, you can get great gas prices (compared to what you'd see at Exxon, Shell, Mobil, Gulf, etc.) Its also a convenient stop off Rt. 10 in Southington - or off I-84, it's right off the exit. ... Now if you go into the store and buy some of their inventory - you save even more! Example: I paid $2.78 a gal. today, without any discount (as I didn't do any shopping, just needed petro) last week I stopped into the store for dole fruit cups and with the discount on gas for the purchase I had made, gas for me that day was $2.30 a gallon!! You can't beat that, NO BRAINER!!”

“I must say this is the friendliest convenience store I have ever been to. When we walked in they had the nicest cleanest rest room I have seen. When my sister asked where things were, the young man behind the counter not only told her but showed her where everything was. Now thatis service above and beyond. I only gave four stars because unfortunately my muffin was stale but overall, what a great store!”
