“The new parking lot is nice however the change of parking caused me to park on the other side and I needed to walk across the grass to enter in upstairs and needed to go downstairs. The entry doors need better marking if we can enter upstairs on the left.”

Have that personal feeling we’re the bank tellers help you with your finances and your credit and never rushed. You don’t have to deal with the big money banks that always trying to sell you on something and over charge you with fees and dealing with management that don’t even know your name. At liberty I walk in and it feels like I am at my local pub where everyone knows your name and ready to service your money. Great service great customer service great people.”

“I had a great experience at the BOA Meriden site. Durrel Boahen the bank manager created this experience. I walked in to have documents notarized-without an appointment-the entitled behavior of the customer -Lol! to top it off he was in the middle of something super important-he told me to come back next day with the promise that I will be taken care of. I came back next day and he was just as busy, BUT, I was taken care of. I recognized a great leader when I see one, especially one that’s public facing. I thank our bank manager for the impact he has made on me and my community in Meriden. He is not cos playing, he is the real deal!”
