“The new parking lot is nice however the change of parking caused me to park on the other side and I needed to walk across the grass to enter in upstairs and needed to go downstairs. The entry doors need better marking if we can enter upstairs on the left.”

I walked in to have documents notarized-without an appointment-the entitled behavior of the customer -Lol! to top it off he was in the middle of something super important-he told me to come back next day with the promise that I will be taken care of. I came back next day and he was just as busy, BUT, I was taken care of. I recognized a great leader when I see one, especially one that’s public facing. I thank our bank manager for the impact he has made on me and my community in Meriden. He is not cos playing, he is the real deal!”
