“While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I've been here hundreds of times over the years, sending thousands of packages. Overall my experience has been pleasant, dealing with kind staff eager to help me get my packages scanned and on their way.
This can be a very busy place with a line of people waiting out the door, but busy times are handled efficiently, and it's very rare to spend more than 15 minutes there even with a line. Try to avoid lunch hour, that's the busiest time for sure!
I hope you can get through the flood damage repairs quickly, we need our UPS store back ASAP, and our packages shipped easily again!”

“I visit this UPS about once a month to return items purchased online, and have always been met with fast, efficient, and friendly service, even though I always pop in at the busiest times (weekdays around 5 pm, or Saturdays around 2 pm). Today, I mistakenly brought an item that was only for return to USPS, only realizing after I had entered the store that I should have brought it to the post office, not UPS. The staff still kindly taped up my unsealed package for me, slipped the return shipping label into a plastic shipper, attached it to the package and placed it in their USPS outgoing bin. This was very much appreciated, as I had rushed in after work, on my way to another appt, and it was my mistake in not reading my own shipping label carefully.”
