“I needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired after a collision. Star from the Middletown Ct location walked me through a very challenging insurance situation and was able to ensure I kept the rental car I had been using at no additional cost out of pocket. She went above and beyond to contact me first before my insurance company denied my vehicle rental. She coached me through the situation and looked out for my best interest start to finish. She was patient, extremely compassionate and knowledgeable about the right way to manage this situation. 10/10 I would rent here again.”
“I reserved an SUV (Toyota RAV4), but when I got there, all they had was a Toyota Camry. The whole reason we wanted an SUV was because we were going snowboarding 3 hours away in the Poconos and needed the room for all of our bags and gear. Luckily, the Camry is all-wheel drive, had a large trunk, and a back seat that opened to the trunk. The car worked out ok but an SUV would have been better. Everything else worked out great. Their rates are the best around, so it was hard to be too upset about the situation.”

“I wanted to express my gratitude for the consideration and care that the service department consistently provides for my wife and I. Tom Peters is always polite and professional and I wanted to be sure that he would be recognized for always taking such good care of us.”
