“Carman is amazing. I am back to editing this review and again. She works hard and deserves a raise. She is doing the work of three people. No joke. I am changing my review to 5-stars because the employees keep this store running like a top! Carman, in particular, has went above and beyond to serve the customers. She has helped me many times. She taught me how to use the credit card machine faster, to find things, and keeps me informed on deals and promos. She remembers me and my name too. I don't know how she does it! She is ?”
“I NEED TO MAKE THIS POST! PLEASE READ!
My girlfriend and I went to ocean state yesterday to pick up a gazebo from the service desk (right when you walk in the register to the right) there was a VERY helpful gentleman named Mario or Jesus (we couldn’t read his nametag) he IMMEDIATELY went to get our order from the back. So very very helpful and nice.
As we are waiting…this woman ( she was a Spanish woman I think she was a manager) comes over, walks right by my girlfriend and I without saying a word or asking if we are all set. She starts looking for our cashier who was getting our order ready, she then proceeds to yell at the other cashiers looking for Mario/Jesus. Finally after like 2 min of her yelling I made it VERY clear he was helping us and if she just asked where he was (politely) we could have let her know. It was so uncalled for. Mario/Jesus comes back and is so super pleasant and helps with the rest of the order. HE should be manager. Not that other lady. She was not very acclimated to customer service.”
“The store was ok. I found the items I was looking for... but had to have a price check as many things were not marked. The store had so much clutter, it was hard getting my cart by stuff. Otherwise. I found what I was after and it was ok priced.”

“The store manager Kari gave me a very good experience that i wanted to share, my son whos birthday was coming up in a few weeks, has become star wars obsessed, and in the toy isle they had some star wars action figures, and for a very reasonable price, I wanted to get him a little squad of storm troopers to go with the other figures i got him, but they only had one, i traveled to other dollar generals but only managed to find one more, I finally went back to the one in town where i asked Kari if there was anyway to order more and explained the situation, she said she would order more for me, i was very thankful but had my doubts that it would actually get done seeing how shes always running around super busy… but sure enough a few weeks later i went in and she notified me that she ordered a bunch of extra and they all came in!? She went above and beyond and because of her, my plans for my sons birthday present was accomplished just in the nick of time ?”
“I love this place so much I almost want to gate keep. Absolutely love the treasures you find here! I just wish at a certain point they would get rid of the items that haven't sold in months. However you will not walk out empty handed. This store has something for everyone! The clothing deals are AMAZING, there's tools, food, toys and so much more! Make sure you sign up for rewards at the register to earn points for a $10 reward!”
“THIS PARTICULAR DOLLAR TREE STORE LOCATION HAD EXACTLY THE CELL BUTTON BATTERIES THAT I SO NEEDED FOR MY MEDICAL DEVICES AND THE VITAL WEIGHT SCALE THAT USES ONE 9-VOLT BATTERIES! THANKFULLY, THE 9-VOLT CAME IN A DOUBLE PACKING PACKAGE, AS WELL AS THE VARIOUS CELL BUTTON BATTERIES I PURCHASED THIS VISIT! ALL IN ALL, IT WAS AN UTTERLY SPECTACULAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! DO VISIT ANY ONE OF THESE FANTASTIC $1.25/ITEM DISCOUNT DOLLAR TREE STORE LOCATIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!”
“Decent place. Not a lot of variety but not terrible. Wouldn’t recommend chargers from there. Too expensive for very low quality chargers that can ruin your phone. Never had a problem with the staff that I could remember.”

“They never have the sale items in inventory!!!!! Never give rain checks for the sale items and the place is very disorganized!! They take what is on sale from one holiday to the next. If rain check is given. It’s verbal and never given as promised. Disorganized organization Good luck !!”
“It is small but has a lot of variety compared to other similar ones.
Everything looks very close together, but they are very friendly when serving customers.
Disposable products run out very quickly compared to others.
Some products are out of place, I picked up some things in the 1.25 section but at the checkout the prices were different.”
“Nice clean organized establishment cashiers well one cashier is usually on at any time during the day cash out peoples purchases. Aisles are pretty clear and seasonal is what it is and in the front of the store so that’s pretty good if you’re only going in for that otherwise aisles or not really labeled as to what is in the aisles it’s not exactly a dollar tree as everything is $1.25 or more I have found at the register that I have bought something that was $1.25 I thought as it have to be five dollars promptly put it back what happened to the dollar store it’s the same stuff for now more money the same item it doesn’t make sense. Are people in America getting more greedy kind of pisses me off plus they don’t have a bathroom you can use anymore. They quit letting you use the bathroom so do not find yourself loitering in their aisles and then needing to pee, they’ll send you to Chuck E. Cheese next-door.”

When I entered the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of attentiveness that instantly made me feel welcome. Janet was so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and a genuine willingness to assist. She made sure I found everything I was looking for, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. Her positive attitude was infectious, and it was clear that she loves her job and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Cora, equally as amazing! As I was checking out, Cora ensured everything was bagged neatly and efficiently, all while engaging in friendly conversation. She was kind, cheerful, and made me feel like a valued customer—not just another transaction. It’s rare to find employees who truly make the effort to go the extra mile, and Cora definitely did just that.
