the women in the office (two different answered the phone) at the New Haven location are super helpful and communicative. I had a LTL shipment coming from NC, they gave me eta and kept me in the loop on the drop. Driver was quick and careful with our drop as well. thanks!

not sure if I'm getting the correct ESTES location but I had a driver named Ray go above and beyond to pick up a pallet today- thank you Ray- you were wonderful and kind and I appreciate you. wish there were more people like him around.
