The store manager, Mike, takes the time to help customers with even the smallest questions, which truly shows his commitment to customer care. Shawn in the tech department was especially helpful when assisting me with repairing my grandmother’s computer after it was infected with a virus.

The only negative experience I have had was with an employee named James, whom I do not see often. On that occasion, I asked for assistance and was told—quite abruptly—that he could not help me and was “TSA,” and I was told to go away.

Despite that isolated incident, I highly recommend this Staples location to friends, family, and business associates due to the consistently friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
