“Lived here for 3 years and miss it already! Can't say enough about the location - GREAT neighborhood. The apartment building is very private and everyone stays to themselves - this is not a place to live if you want community within the building, rather peace and place where everyone minds their own business. Property is also very safe - given the location with people always walking around it's like Fort Knox to get it and out. The garage is also very safe for your car and coming in and out at night. Metro Star maintenance is always super helpful and the staff, specifically Natalie went above and beyond during my move out!”
“I have been in Canal Crossing for over 3 years now. I recently moved to a bigger apartment within Canal Crossing, and Donna from the leasing office was AMAZING. She helped me find the perfect apartment according to my needs, and provided me with every single detail I needed to be made aware of. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Canal Crossing. They have great amenities, the community is very respectful. Leasing office and management are doing a great job.”
“Highly recommend for students and/or people looking to live downtown with a cheap rent and great management company. Never had issues that were mentioned by some of the other reviews. Management was super understanding when I was unable to pay rent on time due to being out of town and did not charge me a late fee for it. Rent increases for the year is very small and repairs/maintenance issues were resolved usually within 48 hours.”

“I've lived at The Novella for about 4 months, and it's been awesome! First off, the location is great – right near downtown, surrounded by many great places to eat. Whether I'm in the mood for something fancy or just a quick bite, everything's just a walk away. The apartment itself is super cozy and just nice to be in with thoughtfully designed rooms. For me, the best part is the apartment management team. From leasing to maintenance, every interaction has been a pleasure. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring.”

“Everything’s very clean and well-kept. You can use your card right at the machines machines so you don’t have to worry about the obnoxiousness of changing bills into quarters if that’s not your thing. I was only here because my washing machine was busted, so I’d forgotten how expensive laundromats can be, but it is what it is. If I ever need a laundromat again, I’ll definitely come back here.”
“I ordered a Salad from Subway Tonight from Door Dash. When l went to go get it It was gone Not knowing it was delivered even though a picture was taken to retrieve my order Sad the way people do you dirty”
“A pretty decent building with large, affordable loft apartments. Kind of labyrinthine layout and the fixtures are cheap and outdated. Friendly, safe vibe. Smoking allowed in the units so you will smell smoke in the hallway.”
