They have the usual - amazing designs, a ton of custom options in cut, sleeves, skirts, colors, and fabrics - but they really stand out because of the details. One vital aspect of Del Arbour dresses is they understand the skater's shape! A lot of companies don't realize that skater dresses need to be a bit longer in the back for proper coverage because they always ride up. Del Arbour makes skirts that look right on the body every time. Their designs are flattering, pretty, and appropriate for all ages - not to mention beautifully and carefully constructed. And priced far lower than you would think!”
“I love Old Navy. All my jeans are from here. In fact, probably 50% or more of my wardrobe is from here or thrift stores. Their sales are top tier. If you love something that's full price here, just wait, it'll go on sale. Wide variety of clothing. Seasonal offerings. Good prices.”

“I just want to say THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST Shopping experiences that I’ve had in a very long time. The employees were so kind and so sweet and created a safe environment to shop and ask questions. Jorge specifically was one of the best employees I encountered in a very long time. He was honest with my shopping choices, Allowed every opportunity of possible offers and was a safe person for me to share how I was feeling alongside that I want to give a big shout out to the store manager, who was honestly so kind and sweet. “It seems that Hollister now owned by American Eagle is geared mostly to teenagers. After spending quite a bit of time looking at the inventory, I decided on a Sherpa Full-Zip Sweatshirt for my neighbor's daughter. I think turning 13 and becoming a teenager is something worth celebrating.I know she had a Sherpa sweatshirt that she wore literally until it was falling apart. Hopefully she will like this one since it is similar in color. I am not crazy about store names being written across my clothing, but I it didn't seem to bother her. The store was understaffed, pretty messy, and not a place I would frequent on a regular basis.”
“The 2 ladies there, wendy and the district manger Abigail and the other girl were both super helpful and friendly, we had a slight issue at another location and they even helped us with that, I absolutely love the milford mall location. (Ps they did ask to leave a review through the receipt but there isn't anything there and I never received the email review for them, so hot topic Corp you guys should fix that so you can get better reviews)”

“My daughter is tall and has a very small waist. I had previously visited the Milford Mall location to have my daughter try on jeans so I could get a true size. Fast forward to 12/15/2025 I had to exchange the super low rise cause they didn't fit. Shawnee Hinds was the only worker there. And I want to tell you that the level of customer service was AMAZING. I was so worried about not getting everything on my list and she came in and saved the day with a beautiful smile. She took care of me and ever other customer at 10am. Manager like this are the true example on what it takes to lead. Shawnette Hinds You are a Super hero, Thank you”
“I had a return for an online order and the sales lady named Civia assisted me with the return and helped me order an sweater that this location only had in a size that didn't fit me. She also assisted me with purchasing the same sweater in a different color and needless to say I am very pleased. Civia was pleasant and patient. Overall, a wonderful experience and high quality clothing items to boot.”
“Very nice boutique. Almost everything is on sale right now which is a great deal! We were looking for dresses but unfortunately not much there works for curvier teens. Pretty stuff stuff though and nicely arranged.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Diva Kids. The owner (her name is escaping me) was wonderful to us. The selection of dresses for communion was great and she really listened to what my daughter was telling her about what she liked. She made the experience so fun for us. We needed alterations and they were done in a timely manner and she called to have us come back for a fitting as soon as it was done. We really have nothing but great things to say.”

“The Territory Ahead short pants I have are so great, so well made--the stitching, sturdy even zip pockets on the bottom, touch of spandex, tunnel belt holes also very sturdy, I wore them for summers. I hope the company can thrive.”
“I gave 4 stars due to management’s unwillingness to help a customer. The last available clothing item in the correct size was on a mannequin, and instead of removing it, the manager stated she “couldn’t” because the mannequin couldn’t be left naked & she had no clothes to fit the mannequin. Unfortunately, I wasn’t present at the moment—this was explained to my children & another sales representative working the floor. As someone with retail experience, that explanation is simply unacceptable and comes across as pure laziness.
The 5 stars, however, go to the cashier Chantel. She went above and beyond by quickly dressing the mannequin, retrieving the item, and still assisting another customer—all in under five minutes. Her customer service was outstanding and deserves recognition!!!!”
