1401-1403 Boston Post Rd, MilfordIts a good place , but hard to make decisions when it came down to flea medicine, so I had to buy pet armor cap action tablets, a pet armor flea and tick collar incase my dog wont swallow the tablets and pet armor home spray incase they are around the house . In the past I bought the drops that get put down the dogs back ,but last year I purchased 2 different kinds and they did not help getting rid of the fleas last year so im trying something new,expensive but new.

My puppy tested positive for heartworm a year ago. The treatment is long and risky. Dr. Blasi, Dr. Galloway, and the entire team were simply wonderful through the entire process. We never have to wait long during our visits, the text communication is fabulous, and everyone that we ever interact with is warm, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you MAH, I'm so glad I found you!

My cats were so stressed out on the way there that I was in tears, but all of the staff were so welcoming & patient with them that it immediately made both them & I more relaxed. Fantastic care, patience, attentiveness, and it never once felt like products/procedures were being forced. I wish I could remember the vet’s name (I’m so sorry, my mind was all over the place because of the stress on them) but Ollie was the primary vet tech helping us & she was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle my babies. I will absolutely be back, thank you all so much

My 14 year old cat was losing weight rapidly and in very poor health. I brought him in and Dr. Weill was able to clean all of his mats, treat his ear and eye infection and get him on a regimen to get better. Dr Weill and Nona had the patience and care it took to get my cat Riley back to being healthy. Dr Weill was very thorough in his care succeeds in making both my cat and dog feel comfortable while in his care. I am also very appreciative of the care and explanation of how to administer medicine from Nona at the desk. Her written instructions helped make the task of keeping track of medicine much less stressful!

56 Quirk Road, MilfordI want to say thank you to Dr. Lipsitz and the rest of the staff for treating our 13.5 year old yellow lab Dunkin. Dunk suffered a very sudden decline in health a little over a week ago and we were forced to take him to a different vet. We had no clear answer as to his ailment but were prescribed pain medication and were told his time was near. Hoping to get more clarity, I called Baybrook and they got Dunkin in right away. Our family was well aware that at his age, there was probably not much that could be done but we just hoped it was an infection that could be cleared and maybe give us a little more time with him. We went in for the blood work and Dr. Lipsitz and her staff treated our boy with care and compassion. They listened and they understood the situation and I was very grateful. Let me preface this by saying Dunk rarely saw a vet but was always VERY healthy. He had a very bad experience several years ago at a local boarding facility and ever since then, he was petrified going to the vet's office, so much so that he would urinate on the floor and would snarl. Now, anyone who knows our boy knows he was the most gentle, playful, affectionate pup around and I wish you all at Baybrook could have seen that side of him. After receiving the results of the blood work, we scheduled an immediate ultrasound to check the abdominal area for the presence of a tumor or some other mass. Dr. Lipsitz's concern was that our boy had a mass that may have or may be in the process of rupturing. Unfortunately, just prior to us bringing Dunk in for the ultrasound, his legs went limp and he couldn't walk, presumably due to the rupturing of the mass. We carried him out of the house and brought him right to Baybrook. They took him immediately, all staff members helped. He was their priority. Sadly, our boy didn't make it. The care and compassion shown by everyone far exceeded our expectations. Dunk was brought to a private room where he was put to sleep surrounded by his family. The process was thoroughly explained and went as smooth as can be. We were given as much time alone with him as we needed once he passed and all staff members offered their condolences when we left. I can't say enough about this place and highly recommend it to anyone. It's going to take some time but we will get another pup one day and I can guarantee he/she will be seen here. Please see that Dr. Lipsitz and the rest of her staff sees this review so they can understand how thankful we are for making our boy's last minutes on this earth as peaceful as possible. Thank You

My dog can be very nippy (Blue Heeler), and they always take such thoughtful care on the visits. I’m sure one could save a few dollars going to the lowest cost provider in town, but why do that with your pet? I’m proud to pay for exceptional service and care.

Four Paws and a Biscuit Pet Care
548 Welchs Point Road, MilfordWe've utilized Four Paws services during our last two vacations to care for our two cats and our turtles. They have provided excellent service in every way - they leave detailed notes for each visit and always respond quickly and cheerfully to any e-mails or special instructions. Our cats can be a bit leery of strangers, so it's nice to see (via the visit notes) that both warmed up to Diane and Gary by the second or third visit.We won't hesitate to contact them the next time we are going to be out of town - their rates are very reasonable and you couldn't ask for better service.UPDATE: It's now nine years later, and we still call on Four Paws and a Biscuit whenever we need someone to care for our (many, many) cats when we're out of town. The service is still excellent and reasonably-priced, and they still leave detailed notes for every visit (even when most of our scaredy-cats won't come out to see them) - really couldn't ask for more.

MilfordI had seen Kathy walking various dogs for a few years in my condo complex. There was NEVER a time when I saw her not be patient kind and caring to those dogs. She had me sold! Kathy and Mark have been walking my 2 schnauzers for over 2 years, 5 times a week. They are like family to me. They are trustworthy, reliable, kind, and caring. My dogs love them! Kathy has also stayed overnight at my home many times while I have traveled. I never ever worry when she is there. The dogs are fed properly, always have fresh clean water, are walked, loved and protected. I highly recommend their services! It is not everyday someone like Kathy and Mark come into your life, love and care for your pets as much as you do!! I don't know what I would do without them!
