Audrey was super helpful to me two times when I came in, needing to change sizes and do a return for a dress. She was very kind and professional, making sure everything was done correctly and to fit my needs.

i had a great experience at this windsor location. the girl working the dressing room was very helpful and patient with me. i believe her name was Fanny. it takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a review but she provided the best retail service i’ve had in a while!
