“To whom it may concern, I just received back my 30 year old Victorinox knife from repairs. It was a very well used, pocket tool with a broken saw blade. The other blades were more than broken in, many miles on this knife. It is beautifully rebuilt. Their technicians did an absolutley terrific job, so good in fact that I almost don't want to use it but keep it as collector piece, buy a new one that I would not feel guilty about beating up. I own other Victorinox knives that are in need of the same kind of attention and care. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.”
