“While down in the area, I needed to establish a flexible internet service. Joe did an excellent job at just that with all the information I would need to consider in adding a Mobile Hotspot to my account. To be honest he went even beyond expectations by making himself available on his day off to expedite my purchase as he understood my time-sensitive situation from the prior phone conversation.As someone with a past retail management background, I could not be more impressed with his dedication to customer satisfaction and also to his manager for allowing the time adjustment so it was possible.Thank you for all the help.”

“Super friendly people I've been in there many times they basically know me they always have cool stuff and always have the retro console I'm looking for, and if they don't have it they will be sure to call you when one comes in, I've bought a GameCube, N64, Sega Dreamcast, and a Wii u from them. and I've bought so many ps2 games from them, they have a pretty good selection of games for older consoles”
“This store (and company) has always treated me with such respect. Any time I have gone to this location in the crystal mall, I've been helped above and beyond. Wether it be changing up my cell plan, upgrading my phone, or just answering simple questions I myself could not. On this particular visit I was assisted by a gentlemen I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet. I believe his name was Glenn, and he created me with such charm and a passion for helping which I could tell was very genuine. Shout out to management and HR for finding the perfect fit to showcase the reality of T-Mobile- caring for each customer. I will always recommend this phone service to anyone who will listen. Best ever hands down!”

“MIKE was extremely helpful!! So much so that I had to find out how to write a review, so I could give him recognition!!! OK, here's the story: my honey lost his phone today, while I was at work, and when I came home he was frantic! I called one local Verizon store asking about assistance we had received years ago when the same thing happened and they were no help at all! Then, I called Verizon Salem Turnpike and low and behold our problems were solved! He told us how to "find our device" and within minutes, seriously, minutes our troubles were over and the phone was found! Thank you MIKE for being "Rock Awesome"! “So, last night I called 30 minutes before closing and I was told I'd have to come to the store for a new sim for what I wanted to do. I said I was going to try and make it. I show up to the door exactly 8 minutes before closing and it's locked, lights are on but 'nobody was there', I tried knocking, calling. Terrible customer service, and a waste of time. ?”

“I stopped at the 7-Eleven last night and urgently needed a bathroom after having my covid vaccine. The young man at the counter abruptly said that the bathroom is only for employees; however, a lovely woman also working there saw I was stressed and took me by the arm leading to the bathroom. I was so grateful. I didn’t get her name and even offered her some cash for her kindness, but she wouldn’t take anything. If this review gets to her, I just want to say thank you for your kindness.”

“I did an online order for an in store pickup. From beginning to end, this was as close to a “perfect” experience as it gets. Mainly because the young woman behind the counter was so pleasant and down to earth.
While Best Buy isn’t always the cheapest, the do have some pretty good employees which at times can make it worth the extra expense.”
“Since I was in the shopping mode I walked into this Target to check out some large food containers for the kitchen. I like the glass containers, so you can see what's inside. They had a nice selection of containers to choose from. I got the one that I wanted and went to check out...there were many registers open and the process was really easy and quick.
