“Roberts AV has been my place to go for many years. Recently, my integrated AV equipment was destroyed after a d*** move on my part allowed a lightning strike to bypass my surge protector. Robert was extremely helpful in finding the right quality replacement equipment to integrate with my older Definitive Tech speakers, at a fair price. Quick delivery. Gerald did the installation. He was over the top good. I was impressed with his knowledge and the equipment used to optimize the sound quality for the seats most likely to be used used in the living room. Carefully explained the controls and offered to answer any follow up questions by phone. It’s not often today that you have such a quality interaction. Kudos to Roberts audio!”
“This review is about Manny, the manager of the Waterford Verizon store. I am hopelessly confused when it comes to anything to do with my cell phone. While at the store on Friday March 13, Manny exhibited many excellent qualities of a helper. Qualities such as knowledge of the Verizon system and skill in showing me what to do while trying arrange an automatic bank withdrawal for my monthly Verizon bill. He was exceptionally patient and kind throughout the whole agonizing process. “This store (and company) has always treated me with such respect. Any time I have gone to this location in the crystal mall, I've been helped above and beyond. Wether it be changing up my cell plan, upgrading my phone, or just answering simple questions I myself could not. On this particular visit I was assisted by a gentlemen I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet. I believe his name was Glenn, and he created me with such charm and a passion for helping which I could tell was very genuine. Shout out to management and HR for finding the perfect fit to showcase the reality of T-Mobile- caring for each customer. I will always recommend this phone service to anyone who will listen. “Went in on new years eve day to switch to T Mobile. It was very busy there when I arrived. I did not have to wait long as they had ample staff and were all very knowledgeable. I worked with Axle and he answered all my questions and got me setup by switching my account to them and also setting up two new phones. I was very impressed with how the store is run and would recommend this location to anyone looking for good quality service.”
