“The Home Depot has nice holiday and seasonal decor plus the Home Depot stores in North Windham North Stonington Coventry Rhode Island Lisbon on River Road Queen Street in Southington and Granby Street in Bloomfield hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 8am-8pm but other Home Depot hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 8am-8pm unlike Lowe's their hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 7am-8pm the Home Depot in West Hartford hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 9am-8pm but daylight savings time ends with Home Depot in West Hartford their hours follow daylight savings time Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 9am-8pm unlike the other locations they are open Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 8am-8pm or 8am-7pm when daylight savings time ends. Some Home Depot keep their hours Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 8am-8pm or 8am-7pm.”

“Typical Home Depot setup within the store, but the one thing I have noticed compared to the one in Waterford is that this one is not as busy. Which is always great for me, since its easier to shop withut bumping into a lot of people. And their inventory on some items seem to be more available. I know of at least three times I have come here to shop as the other one by our house was out if stock: Bathroom Vanity, pressure washer, rug, patio chairs, and most recently a specific upgraded BBQ. Guess thats more than 3 times, LOL. Each time we were looking for a specific model or type and noticed thru the HD website the Montville Store had the items in stock. Last time we were there we noticed they are very specific on entrance and exit, having an Associate at each location to ensure you came in thru one door only. Aisles were not designated as one way though. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, except for that one guy guarding the entrance! Nearly ran me away for approaching from the store, telling me it was not an exit. All I wanted was an Associate to help me in the Garden Area. Luckily there was another person there that took care of me. All in all this would be our go to store if it was a little closer. As it stands now, its our "go to store" for those hard to find and/or popular items.”

“What makes Burnett's the best is the staff. Yes, the selection is fabulous...by far the best around and the prices are reasonable. I have bought trees, shrubs, and many flowers and they all thrive. It's the staff, however, that make it a special place. Jennifer and Heather are so kind; every year they help me find flowers and give me great advice. Yesterday, Cameron was so pleasant at check out, and Aubrey provided me with several options for fertilization that were within my budget. Gardening can be complex, so know that you can depend on the staff at Burnetts to help you and make the experience fun!”

“This weekend I needed three buckets of 6inch spiral common spikes for a landscaping job at my house. Home Depot in Waterford showed 5.7 buckets, which makes no sense, in stock. When I went there to pick up my product, there was not one person at that location that could help me and every time I found a store employee, they would talk to me for a minute and walk away to help someone else. Waterford Home Depot is probably one of the most unprofessional hardware stores in our area. I then called Uncasville Home Depot and they told me they had 6 buckets in stock. When I got there, the assistant manager, Sydney, helped me locate the buckets and was one of the most professional Home Depot employees I have ever met. It would be my suggestion, if you ever need anything out of the ordinary at Home Depot, do not go to Waterford Home Depot, go to Uncasville because the employees there are trained well unlike at the Waterford location.”
