“I didn't know who Moe was, until I had a day that felt like everything I touched got completely destroyed! I went to work, long story short: I should have called out. It started with a flat and continued into my spare tire having a flat due to dry rot. I made a list of shops and started calling each one "Moe's" first, didn't pick up, I crossed him off, I called the next "unnamed" shop, it sounded to me like highway robbery! Moe himself called back and left a voicemail, I was stunned, nobody does that anymore. So I called him back and asked for a quote on tires, his question to me was what sold me on doing business with him.
He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle based on numbers I gave him from my generic tire. Then he asked me what load range letter was it and then I drove right over there in my wife's car and dropped off the spare tire had a deeper conversation with him and within the following few days dropped off my truck and he was effective, efficient, polite and straightforward.
I felt like the price was way more affordable than the other shops and he was doing all the work! One man band. Very impressive, honest, cuts to the case and hard working, he's nothing less than classic. Go in and have a conversation with him about your car problem, he'll give you an honest and knowledgeable quote no smoke in mirrors, no salesman gimmicks, just sound facts and advice from a well seasoned mechanic. A few months later I brought my wife's car to him and the same treatment was given. I have recommended Moe to many of my friends and family that need help. He's a great man, God bless you Moe!”
“I had an unexpected emergency today, I was a bit frantic trying to figure out my options as I had a flat tire with a broken air valve. I called probably 3 times with 3 different questions and Ken was immensely kind and helpful on each call. I was able to bring the tire to them and it was fixed within the hour! Didn’t waste my time or run my pockets. Staff was courteous & had great energy, I will certainly be back for any auto body shop needs.”

“this morning i got in my car to go to work and my car wouldn't start , i knew it wasn't the battery because it was fairly new, as the alternator is as well .. i tried my push button start and nothing , i called my geico road side assistance and within a half hour , sibbys arrived with the tow truck and the driver jerry was above and beyond the best!! he was professional, personable and honest.. he said it may be your starter because everything else seems fine.. he in no time at all , put my car on the truck and said we have time to look at it this am and someone will call you with a diagnosis .. within 3 hours or so, brian the mechanic called me and told me everything was tested and it is not the starter it was a simple fix it was the security , something with the car alarm and he would leave it on the machine a little longer and call me back when it's all set! they called me back a few hours later with the good news that it's all set and even was super accomadating and came and picked me up with my car and i drove back to the garage to pay my bill !! i cannot say enough good stuff about them! i was so impressed and treated wonderful i would definitely refer them and go back to them in the future ! i really appreciated jerry and his kindness.. what a great guy!! also to mention donna was amazing when i went in to pay and the garage dog greeted me at the door what a sweetheart he was !!! thank you all so much”

I needed some serious TLC at 140k miles, and also able to diagnose sensors that kept going off at random. “Tuesday I was leaving for work my cars alignment was totally off, enough that I didn’t go into work. Dropped off the car, got a call from Edwin that my car was damaged from impact (hit and run) I panicked!
Edwin did order the parts but I did get the local police. My insurance company involved roll around to Wednesday. They’re still no progression on insurance. Edwin called me Multiple times throughout the progress-and I asked him for his honest opinion He told me how costly insurance can be and the cost of everything down the road; He assured me, he’d be able to fix the car, Between him and technician Joe they got my car in perfect condition and running safely. I am beyond For his honesty, his caring nature and just being a genuine human. Edwin, I’m truly grateful you’re not only saved me mass amounts of money. You save me a lot of aggravation and unnecessary headaches. I’m beyond thankful.”
