“This store never disappoints. I keep saying I should just drive past the AutoZone and Advanced stores closer to my house. Now I’m going to do it. EVERYONE in this store in Naugy is smart. Today, I came in for some specialized bolts. I looked for them and they didn’t seem to have them. I asked the young woman at the register and she quickly looked them up and told me with confidence she had them. Sure enough, they were put back out of sequence by another customer but she found them. Instantly. Who goes that extra mile for a couple bolts? She sure did! I love this store.”

“My experience at O ? O ? O ? O'Reilly's ? !!!!! was great, I was in greeted as I entered the door with a big ol' good morning by the staff, which to my surprise is compromised if mostly women.
I didn't think much of it, until I realized that as one young lady was checking the voltage ⚡ of my battery, that I looked to the side to see another young lady putting windshield wipers on another customer's vehicle.
I proceeded to engage these young ladies in conversation, only to find out that these young ladies were more knowledgeable regarding vehicle and vehicle maintenance than myself.
Good job ladies.
I also realized that O'REILLY'S has reasonable prices. I personally love their prices. And they also have price match, so I can get my parts and supplies without the hassle of driving all over the state for competitive pricing.
