“The pharmacy is great. The pharmacist seemed a little bothered that I wanted to use GoodRX instead of Cigna because GoodRX beats Cigna Everytime but aside from that the lady that ended up checking me out was as Happy as could be.”
“Naugatuck Walmart pharmacy is the best! They are so efficient, quick, they never make you feel bad if you have a bunch of questions. Their automated messaging is good, the pharmacists are nice and helpful on the phone, their texting is even good! Today I realized one of my most important meds doesn’t have a refill, it was either an oversite from myself or my doc but either way I was worried. (It’s a holiday weekend, doc is closed today). Meaning I wouldn’t have this med for three whole days. I had called the automated line to refill it that’s how I knew it was out. The automated line said it would take about two days to get ahold of refill. Within the hour of me calling in my script, they some how got it filled. I got a text saying it was filled and I genuinely have no idea how they got ahold of my doc. And this was all without even speaking to someone on the phone! They’re so quick and helpful and I was just so impressed.”

“Although this grocery store is a bit older and showing its age, it still has a very good selection of groceries, and if you keep your eye out there can be good prices as well. Lots of young kids working the tills, which is fine as long as they know what they're doing (not always). There's a bank inside, and ample parking.”

“The CVS in Naugatuck gets a lot of unnecessary hate in my opinion the customer service here is top tier and everyone I’ve interacted with has been very helpful. I especially want to shout out Noelle, since she’s really the only team member I’ve personally spoken with; she’s always been friendly, attentive, and great to deal with. From what I can tell, the rest of the team is just as great. Overall, a solid experience every time I visit.”
