βProbably the best customer service experience Iβve ever had. Joel was so kind and helpful all the way from the consultation through the work done. I came to get my hood sanded down and repainted due to rock chips over time. I am so happy with the result. The hood looks perfect now and he went above and beyond buffing out a scratch that was on the side of my car too. Also I got back into my car to leave and realized the interior was detailed. βI was worried when it appeared that I would need a new transmission. I was concerned that whichever shop I chose, I would end up spending several thousand dollars on a new or rebuilt transmission whether I needed one or not. I selected Transmission Works based on the reviews indicating that the owner Ron runs an honest shop. I can fully attest that this is the case as Ron and his team found a small leak that was making my transmission lose fluid and perform very poorly. The problem was repaired in a day. Thanks Ron!β

βNissan wanted to charge me $7,000 to fix my Nissan rogue. I went to Auto One LLC for a second opinion. They quoted me about $1, 300 for what was wrong with my car. I truly felt cared for. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They work quickly and efficiently.
While my car was there I suffered a heart attack. I called them up to explain my situation and they were very understanding. Didn't even charge me to hold the car. I can't say enough nice things about them. I am going to use them for all of my car repair needs.β

βI was involved in an accident midway to my destination and my car was not drivable. Through GEICO AutoRepair XPress, I found Schaller Auto Body. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on reviews and wanted to be sure to post my own and gush about the quality of the repair work, their customer service, and their help through the entire process. First, they went out of their way to try to help me navigate the process with GEICO, and were proactive about getting my car off the tow lot - even more so than GEICO! They were very open and transparent about the repairs process, calling me to review my estimate and communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. My car was completed on the scheduled release date, and the quality of the work was superb. Most of the front of my KIA Soul was replaced (including hood, grille, and bumper) and both looking at and driving my car, you would never guess it had been in an accident. The color matching was superb, and their inspection process was extremely thorough, ensuring that every detail of my car was repaired. The entire exterior was detailed and my car shined like it was brand new. If you're feeling nervous, as I was two states away while my car was being fixed, know you can trust Schaller!β

βItβs been away fo r many decades, since doing work with Peter Delaney. he probably doesnβt remember me because Iβm from the 1970s. do you remember me, Pete? Jay Hayes? Hayes construction ? In my lifetime in working with high-performance machine shops, I never felt more comfortable than what your family had running over there.. So, I collected some cars and engines overtime and broke them apart right down to the last nut and bring it to Peter and let Peter do carte blanche on what he felt it needed. We did a 413 wedge 426 hemi 440 commando and I was big on building automatic transmissions as the Chrysler 727 THD360 and 400. and Ford C6 were pretty good automatics if you had the right stall converter in them. . Peter used to do all my foreign and domestic engines with extensive machining, among other services
Every build came out perfect. I couldnβt ask for a better fitment and I trusted Peter unequivocally. Whatever he advised after getting the parts in, I approved and everything was done with with incredible precision. I loved toughen up the torque flight 727 the general motors 400 TH and the Ford C6 transmissions. I think the Ford would be the one that was at the bottom of my list because of where they drilled in the case for the governor.
I never had a problem with any engine or transmission. I assembled after Peter handled the machining for me.
The Peter I worked with in the 70s and I believe his father and maybe brother? Were fine, honest men, and they did their work at a very fair price and their work was never wrong.β

βTook a trip to The Paddock recently to view a car they had for sale.Craig was an excellent host who gave me a guided tour, told me some wonderful stories, and showed off some truly impressive rides ranging from gorgeous unrestored patina queens, near concourse quality restorations, works in progress, and restomods fit for racing. Also met the owner, Michael, and a couple of the guys who work there. Impressive machine and body shop.The place is a gearhead's dream, run with class, charm, and zero pretension. Not surprised that they have such a high rating.β
βMy food truck is old and needs work. It ended up being towed to Gallo's, who actually works on trucks. It has been worked on a few times and I am happy with his work and feel the pricing is fair. The owner has found ways to do the work properly, keeping the cost as low as he can. I am happy to return there any time the truck is in need of repair.β
