I drove two hours from NYC to see it, and the 2018 BMW X3 was exactly as described. He went above and beyond with anything extra I asked for, with zero hesitation.

“I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small!
