“I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alvana and Jenn, who assisted my son at the West Hartford Quest office located at 970 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, Connecticut, on May 18th. My son has profound autism and is nonverbal. He is extremely fearful of needles and blood tests have always been a huge challenge.

He talked with me through everything, made sure I was okay before leaving and i mean he was just genuinely so nice.
