“Just found my mechanic HOME! Being from NYC it’s been Hard to find a mechanic! Mainly due to the business hours of most shops in CT. But Here at Joe’s Auto Electric I found family. Have never walked into a shop and not felt awkward etc because being a woman knowing so little about cars it can be intimidating. But not here, the owner just has a gentle nature and makes you feel at ease. The whole staff! Love this place would recommend over and over and over again!”

“They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. “The team over at Hartford Auto Body LLC treated me like family when my front bumper rusted and fell off due to the flash flood over the summer. Being female student from out of state, working with the guys at HAB was such a refreshing experience.They came out to assess the damage to my car and guided me on how to correct it, even letting me borrow their tools (because I wanted to fix it myself). This kind of hospitality is something I'm used to in small towns but never yet in the city. 10/10 would recommend going to Hartford Auto Body for small-town, trustworthy feel and results you can trust. Bill provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the aforementioned items as well as rear braking system (e.g drums, shoes, emergency/parking brake). Bill advised me when the work would be completed and his team finished on time. I will be going back to Monro for my future automotive needs.”

“I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small!
