“Everyone was very helpful, including you Lady A. My problem is the cost. I bought 25 books and it cost $1000 ($40/book). That's twice what Barnes and Noble would cost. I can't sell the books at that price so I'm giving them away”

“Excellent staff and everything I've shipped from here made it safely to its destination. They do a great job packing items for customers. Can be pricy since it's just a UPS franchise store and they're not actual UPS employees, so it feels like they're just making up the prices sometimes, but again... Packages get where they're going. That's more than I can say for FedEx and sometimes the post office.”

I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right.
