“Wonderful consignment store! Quality merchandise , friendly, helpful employees. Furniture, housewares, decor, clothes, pocketbook, shoes, jewelry. They have occasional sales, discounts for frequent shoppers and a mark down area. I always find something to buy every time I go there. I highly recommend.”

“My friend, highly recommended I go get shoes from Footprints. I work at Hartford Hospital. My job requires lots of lifting, walking on hard cement and being on my feet for 8 hours at a time. The staff has been great, the three times, i have been there. Getting me what i need. They have made recommendations on getting other items, which i couldn't afford at that time, but didn't push me to buy. Having worked in retail for over 10 years, it is great seeing those who work on commission, not pushing customer's to buy something, they can't afford. I highly recommend them to all my co workers. They even offer a 20% discount if you work in the medical field and show a work badge.”

I asked the gentleman who is working on the floor, and he said whatever is out is out I went to the counter and asked the girl behind the counter if she could call another store to see if they had them. She then went in the back and found the exact Size and shoe that I was looking for. Her name is Dallas. Let me tell you don’t get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Dallas!”

“Is very very important to me as a customer to thank an employee of your store. I had the privilige to have Leekel Kelley help me with a purchase of two pairs of shoes in two differnt ocasions .....now the reason I came back was because of him (not so much the shoes). He was excellent so that makes him a big part of your store that helps your store. A very clean impressive store with a great selection of shoes and very good precises . My first time and purchase a pair of shoes and I intend to go back.”
“Praise to the team at Clarks West Farms. Had a little snafu with an online order that customer service was very adamant in their inability to do anything to help me out.
However, upon talking to Sha’Quai (apologies if I spelled that wrong) on the phone at West Farms, they were perfectly willing to do what customer service said they absolutely could not. Shout out to Kian (double sorry if I got that wrong too) for helping me out when I went into the store to sort things out. “I am so pleased with the service at this location. I accidentally ordered a pair to be picked up at the store when I meant to have them shipped. I'm a new mom and organizing life is so difficult so I was annoyed I made that error. On the way to the store my son fell asleep in the car, I called the store and the store associate was willing to bring the shoes to the car for me so I wouldn't have to wake my son. I feel like service like this no longer exists and I am so happy this associate was so willing to help me out. Thank you, Danielle!”
