“As a northern New England sportsman, I have followed CSMC for years, not only online but at other outdoor retailers where their handsome pre-owned firearms are occasionally offered for sale. Anytime I have posed a query to them, either directly or through Guns International for instance, they have followed up promptly and thoroughly. I am now looking forward to the multi-gauge choke measurement tool which appears to be exceptionally crafted. TBT / Maine”

“I was used to the local army surplus store in Indiana which was great but small and ended up closing years ago. When I discovered this place on a work trip, I thought I'd found Valhalla. This place is bad∆ss with killer selection and prices. I'll be back.”

“Chris is a genius! I use a Wilson Blade V8 and time came when I had to replace a much worn out grommet. Tennis warehouse said I'd have to wait till September... no chance. Called Chris and he went out of the way to get in contact with Wilson, to which they said the V8 grommets were discontinued. Chris was hopeful, helpful and optimistic that the V9 grommets would be able to replace them. A few challenges, some genius thinking, a heat gun and a stab wound later, the V9 made a perfect fit. I hope he doesn't cry with the load of work and people he has to tend to on a daily basis, but Chris certainly isn't afraid to spill blood and sweat for the tennis community. He's the man! Much gratitude, Chris!”

“INCREDIBLE customer service. I brought a bike in that needed a lot of work done. Dropping it off and signing it in was extremely easy and the staff was super helpful. I got a call later that night explaining that it would be cheaper to buy a fresh used bike instead of repairing the fixer upper. Again they were so helpful and even gave me a link to the same bike off craigslist from a trustworthy source (that is in impecable condition for cheap). They were just so honest with me and helpful and were willing to help me with good advice over getting a buck. 100% recommend.”

“I highly recommend this business I reach out to John on Facebook to get the factory sights swapped on my firearm earlier this week .When I arrived at the shop and saw it was closed which was my fault for not calling, i’m assuming due to the holiday weekend which is completely understanding as a small business, luckily I was able to speak to John (Owner)on the phone and he’s said that he was right down the street and would be right over . I was completely shocked that he would take the time out of his schedule even though they were closed , not many businesses especially the owner would do anything like that. I will definitely be back to get more work done. 10/10 !!”

“Friendly and communicative staff. Customer service is on point! Rachel was very quick to respond to me about helping to adjust an issue on my order which I ultimately decided didn't need to be adjusted. Great customer service, great communication, and the products I received were top shelf quality. Custom prints were shipped to my door in just over two weeks. I will definitely be ordering through them again for future needs.”

“To level set, I don’t know the first thing about lacrosse, but my 8 year old is starting his first lacrosse season this year, so we wanted to get him ready with the gear he needed. Another parent recommended Play It Again Sports confidently, and it did not disappoint. I was apprehensive about buying secondhand gear, but they also carry new gear as well. The best part - a friendly member of the staff who had been playing lacrosse for 20 years made sure we got the right equipment. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. No matter the sport or the season, if you are looking to get your kid ready to go for their next sport and need gear, it’s worth a visit.”

“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”

“I ordered a Yakima SkyBox NX XL online from REI in West Hartford, CT on sale for 20% off. The staff was very helpful when I arrived for pickup. The box looked too big for my car and they said if I had a few minutes they would unbox it and install it on my Outback. It went fast, I was able to help and learn. Excellent service and a great experience!”

“I had an outstanding customer service experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to Jordan! Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible service. From the moment I received assistance, Jordan was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure all my needs were met. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly cares about the customer experience. Jordan’s willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression and turned a regular shopping trip into an exceptional experience. Associates like Jordan are a tremendous asset to Dick’s Sporting Goods and represent the very best in customer service. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding assistance and will definitely look forward to shopping here again. Thank you, Jordan, for going above and beyond!”

I am anxious to try them, I have Mec Gar magazines for my CZ 9mm and also my old former PD S&W 5906. Always superb and often extra capacity. Tom in Buford, Georgia”
